About Laura Soleto

When Laura joined us she brought with her a terrific concoction of experience in Inside Sales, Training Design, Project Management and Call centre operations, all of which gets used to full advantage for our clients.   Laura is SwitchGear’s Instructional Designer and a fan favourite running a workshop.  An avowed accessories junkie she prefers shopping to sleeping, is working on her Culinary Arts degree (her husband likes that!), and fancies herself an interior designer.

Laura is the one we call on to design client-specific customized workshops in our core programs of Coaching, Solution Selling, and Inspired Leadership Development.  Her many years as a Senior Project Manager in Call Centre process re-engineering also makes her a valuable asset for our call centre clients who need advice from someone who has done it many times before.  Her experience ranges from Manufacturing to Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals.  Laura’s project work is truly The Discipline of Great Execution™.

Laura has her BBA from the University of Ottawa, earned her Project Management Certification and Master Trainer Professional Certification as well as her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt .  If all that sounds quite intimidating rest assured that Laura also has a bubbly personality.
